FootingPad is the only tested and certified below-grade footing.
FootingPad® post foundations meet International Code Council building code standards and are designed and engineered to replace concrete footings of equal diameter. They have been independently tested by the ICC-NTA Testing Laboratories and certified code compliant (IBC & IRC) by the ICC-ES Evaluation Service in compliance with Acceptance Criteria AC49.

Important: Provide the ICC-ES Report to Your Inspector
It is possible that your building inspector may not be familiar with FootingPad post foundations. However, inspectors are familiar with and accept ICC-ES Evaluation Reports to document code compliance. Please print a hard copy of the ICC-ES Evaluation Report 2147 and provide it to your inspector.
